Accommodation
Welcome to our wedding venue, San Ruffino Castle
Nestled within a vast, centuries-old park, Castello di San Ruffino offers an oasis of relaxation in the heart of the Pisan hills. Surrounded by lush, verdant vegetation, this enchanting Tuscan retreat invites you to savor moments of tranquility in its serene embrace.

We are delighted to provide accommodation for our guests at the castle for three nights. If you are bringing children, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for a cot or baby bed.​ Should you prefer to book your own accommodation, kindly inform us so we can allocate the room to another guest.

Check-in: June 6th, after 3PM (please arrive before 5 PM)
Check-out: June 9th, before 11AM
Schedule of events
Day 1: June 6th - Arrival in Tuscany
7:00 PM: Pizza Party at the pool with local wine and beer.
Dress Code: White
Day 2: June 7th - Wedding Day!
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Brunch is served.
5:30 PM: Wedding ceremony.
6:00 PM: Aperitif and canapés on the terrace.
7:30 PM: Three-course meal.
9:30 PM: Open bar and dancing by the pool.

Day 3: June 8th - Recovery Day!
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Brunch is served.
Rest of the day: Free time to relax by the pool, visit Pisa, Lucca, or Florence, or enjoy one of the activities listed below

Food & Beverages
All food and beverages listed in the agenda are included as part of our invitation to you. Should you desire anything beyond what we are providing, the restaurant and bar will remain open for your enjoyment.
Please note that any additional items will be charged separately to the guest.
Free day activities
We have kept June 8th free for our guests to enjoy at their leisure. You can relax at the castle, enjoy the pool and restaurant, take a day trip to Pisa, Lucca, or Florence, or participate in one of the following activities:

To ensure availability, please let us know in advance if you would like to book any of these activities.
Weather & Attire
Early June in Tuscany typically offers warm, pleasant weather with plenty of sunshine. Expect daytime temperatures to range between 25-30°C and cooler evenings around 15-20°C. We recommend bringing light, breathable clothing for daytime activities and a light jacket or wrap for the evenings. See the agenda for dress code for specific events.
Don't forget your swimwear if you'd like to use the pool!
